Your Excel files, PDFs, and images never leave your computer. All processing happens locally in your browser's memory.
Zero Monitoring
Because we don't receive your files, we cannot see, store, or sell your sensitive information.
1. Data We Collect
SimpleTool collects minimal technical data to maintain operations:
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track general traffic patterns, page views, and error rates to improve the platform experience. We do not track the content of the files you process.
- Feedback: If you voluntarily use our contact form, we collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiry.
- LocalStorage: Some tools may save your non-sensitive preferences (like light/dark mode) locally on your device for a consistent experience.
2. Third Party Services
We integrate only the essential services required to keep SimpleTool running and free:
- Supabase: Used for storing feature requests and contact form submissions.
- Resend: Used to deliver email notifications regarding your inquiries.
- Google Ads: We may display minimal advertising to offset the costs of maintaining these free utilities.
3. Security
Because our tools run in your browser, they inherit the robust security sandboxing provided by modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Your data remains encrypted in transit (SSL) only when you are communicating with our API routes for feedback—never for your processed files.
